We’re seeking an Implementation Specialist to provide onsite implementation of award-winning products to Clients in the healthcare, government, and enterprise industries. What’s a typical day as an Implementation Specialist:
- Responsible for participating in onsite assessments and implementations at client locations during various shifts based on client needs.
- Works with Clients in the implementation of Company products and solutions.
- Supports the business continuity of the Company and its Clients as an essential worker.
- Conducts basic Client research to understand the Client.
- Attends planning meetings to ensure familiarity with Client implementations Keeps track of and documents all Client implementation activities in SalesForce.
- Executes the agreed implementation plan with Client.
- Prepares/assembles over-the-phone and video equipment.
- Provides support in QA’ing equipment and materials delivered.
- Inventories, tests, and troubleshoots equipment in the field.
- Installs/deploys equipment and document placement.
- Provides training and end-user support during the implementation and documents people trained.
- Tracks extra equipment being left with client and handles return shipping of equipment as needed.
- Provides post-implementation reports: equipment placement, end-users trained, and notes/follow ups related to the implementation.
- Responsible for maintaining an organized staging area, by handling trash disposal, and organizing/documenting any old equipment retrieved.
- Conducts account re-implementation for existing Clients and performs equipment maintenance.
This job might be an outstanding fit:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, requires 0 to 2 years of related experience.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic project management skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Good public speaking and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends to accommodate customer needs and requests.
- Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills.
- Good follow-up skills, the ability to understand and develop the “big picture”; adaptability to process changes; and a strong sense of ownership.
- Self-motivated, self-directed and think and act independently while also being team oriented.
- Knowledge of the interpretation and translation industry preferred.
- Work experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
Other Additional Requirements:
- Constantly talking and moving to provide hands-on training and demonstration of equipment.
- Walking, standing, kneeling, and bending while onsite at customer locations to prepare, deploy and install equipment.
- Travel by plane and/or car is required up to 85%.
- Ability to work in hospital’s clinical and support areas, by interacting with staff and installing interpreting equipment on the hospital premises including patients’ rooms.
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to N95 masks, as prescribed by the client and local agencies.
- Must be able to comply with mandatory health screening requirements, in addition to other rules and regulations, as prescribed by the client and local agencies.
