Manage the site team to successfully complete plant commissioning, start-up, operations, and maintenance scope. Ensure administrative work accounts for 60% of the role, with 40% spent on site visits. Communicate project goals, deliverables, strategies, risks, and opportunities internally as required. Negotiate change orders and claims, resolve issues, and manage suppliers effectively.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in site management, renewable energy, or a related field is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
