We are hiring multiple Inventory Clerks to support the growth of a well-respected beverage manufacturer in Kent, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory records. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required.
Location: Kent, WA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
Pay Rate: $22- $27 per hour
Duration: 3 months contract, with strong potential for extension/conversion to permanent employment
Start Date: Interview as soon as 1/15 to start 1/20
Job Duties:
- Accurately track, monitor, and record all inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and shipments.
- Ensure all inventory levels are optimized, and stock is rotated according to company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of inventory in Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring accurate data entry and system updates.
- Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 to update and track stock levels in real-time.
- Assist in system troubleshooting and report issues related to inventory management software.
- Coordinate with IT or relevant departments to resolve any discrepancies or system errors.
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and trends using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Analyze data to identify areas of improvement in inventory processes and suggest cost-effective solutions
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure system accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records
