• and Oversee All Employees in the Maintenance Department. Schedule, assign and prioritize all maintenance tasks.Manufa
• cturing Equipment Planning: Oversee all projects for new equipment installation, equipment relocation and equipment removal. Create detailed project plan to address each task associated with the project. Ensure that all equipment project tasks are completed in a safe and legal manner.Mainte
• nance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.Preven
• tive Maintenance: Oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.Troubl
• eshooting: Lead troubleshooting efforts and manage repairs of equipment and facilities.Traini
• ng and Development: Identify training needs and oversee the design and delivery of training programs for the maintenance team.Collab
