This is a direct hire position, meaning you will be hired directly with our client and offered their vacation, PTO and benefits upon hire!
Benefits :

401k plus 50% match up to 6% plus an additional 3% match!
Details :
Hours : 6 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm Monday through Friday – occasional weekends.
Pay : $95,000 - $110,000 plus up to a 14% bonus
Preferences :
Ideally looking for someone with prior foundry / furnace experience.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who is organized, can implement new KPIs and lead change management.
Five years of experience as a Maintenance Manager
Knowledge of high voltage electrical systems.
Job Description :
Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Enhance and maintain the preventative maintenance program to maximize equipment productivity
Oversee troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems
Develop project management plans for maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Train, mentor, and lead maintenance staff on best practices in industrial maintenance and safety protocols
Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement in facility operations
Experience with foundry processes including electric controls, water and hydraulic circuits and the sequences involved in the startup and shut down of the equipment is preferred
