We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medicare and Medicaid Enrollment Coordinator to join our team in Coppell, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the enrollment process for Medicare and Medicaid programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines while providing exceptional service to clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities :
- Enrollment Processing : Oversee the enrollment of clients into Medicare and Medicaid programs, ensuring all applications are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
- Client Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for clients and their families regarding Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, responding to inquiries and providing necessary information throughout the process.
- Documentation Management : Maintain accurate and organized records of all enrollment activities, including client files, correspondence, and application documentation.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to Medicaid and Medicare enrollment, including understanding eligibility requirements and changes in policies.
