What are the responsibilities and job description for the Planning Inventory Analyst position at Kelly Professional & Industrial?
We are seeking a Planning Data Analyst to join a growing beverage manufacturing company. This is an excellent short-term opportunity that will allow you to gain experience within a dynamic logistics team through inventory analysis, report building, and turning data into actionable insights.
Duration: 12 weeks
Pay Rate: $28- $37 per hour
Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week in office in Preston, WA
Job Duties:
- Build new reports for Planning and other SCO departments as directed
- Conduct adhoc reporting and analysis work as is requested
- Support management and maintenance of metrics and KPIs as directed
- Support and drive any necessary inventory tracing exercises
- Manage weekly reporting efforts for distressed finished good & WIP, inventory projections & valuation, and other topics as deemed necessary
- Generate monthly raw material forecasts, review for callouts and trends, and provide analysis of data
- Support cross functional projects with reporting and analysis
- Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at all times, advising your immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
To be a fit for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Minimum of three (3) years of report building and data analysis experience.
- Has worked in and with WMS and ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Power BI and SQL experience.
- Proven Excel skills, and proficiency with the rest of the Microsoft Office suite.
