Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $37/HR
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Location: Virtual (must live in Titusville), onsite visits at times

What’s a typical day as a HealthCare Policy & Advocacy Assistant You’ll be:
- Leading all PO and CRs submissions in Appian (SAGE) and eMP systems.
- Collaborate with team members to support contracting execution of business-critical projects and initiatives.
- Overall Supplier Management including creating new suppliers/IDs in systems, managing invoices, proof of service validation and meeting timelines for contract renewals and approvals.
- Partner with Finance to ensure financial accuracy for all transactions, budget transfers and accruals. (i.e. Cost Centers, internal orders)
- Initiate Totality (as applicable) transactions and manage closure of record for suppliers
- Play leadership role in Appian including organizational training and recommendations for future enhancements/process improvements.
- Work independently and cross functionally (i.e. Procurement, HCC) to work through any questions/roadblocks in PO, CR or Totality processes.
- Drive the evolution of processes, systems, and operating models to strengthen organizational capabilities and improve organizational performance.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
- A minimum of 3 years of related business experience
- Previous finance/accounting and/or procurement experience is preferred
- Expertise in project management with experience in contract negotiation and knowledge of agency financial and billing structures preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office tools required
- Experience working with Ariba and/or other e-Sourcing tools is preferred
- Analytical skills and attention to detail are required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and make decisions in an ambiguous environment is required
