Delivery Driver

Kelly's Home Center, now in its 50th year, is growing and hiring for Delivery Drivers !

(No CDL required, must have some experience driving box trucks)

Job Summary

As a Delivery Driver, you will deliver merchandise to customers efficiently and with care, avoid damage to customer property and merchandise, deliver amazing customer service (to maximize repeat/referral business), accurately and timely process paperwork, and maintain constructive working relationships with your peers and management.

Job Details

• Deliver merchandise to customers.
• Completion of necessary paperwork, including delivery invoices and truck stop reports, according to company standards.
• Calling customers to notify them of changes in delivery times.
• Notify supervisor of any customer complaint so the company can correct the problem.
• Preparing merchandise for delivery, Receiving merchandise.
• Distributing merchandise within the warehouse and store.
• Maintaining and cleaning warehouse locations and merchandise.
• Maintaining and cleaning delivery vehicles and equipment.
• Attend training meetings, as required.
• Pick up merchandise from vendors, as required.

Schedule:

• 5 days per week (typical shift is 6:30AM - 3:00 PM)
• Split weekends: Sunday (we are closed on Sunday) and a weekday off
• Must be available to work Monday - Saturday (will only work 5 of those 6 days)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Driver's license. CDL NOT REQUIRED
• Driving record that is deemed acceptable by Company insurer
• Lifting products weighing up to 75 pounds without restriction.
• Be able to pass pre-employment and random drug tests (INCLUDES marijuana) and a criminal background check.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
