HIRING!!! Professional, enthusiastic, experienced cook sought for food trailer operations. Candidate must be independent and diverse in their ability to produce amazing, consistent casual fare. Personal Qualifications must include dependability, creativity, congeniality, health mindedness and honesty. Position is primarily mobile food service operations but there are options for growth into cater cooking with demonstrated skill set. Candidates must have a TWIC certification, food handler's permit and the ability to pass a background/ drug test. Experienced trailer driver's given first consideration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals in accordance with established recipes and guidelines.
• Ensure all food handling and preparation meets safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food service areas.
• Collaborate with team members to plan menus and accommodate special dietary needs.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, while demonstrating excellent knife skills.
• Assist in catering events and provide exceptional service to guests.
  
  

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
