Responsibilities

• Lead Analytical Chemistry Activities : Oversee both internal and external lab operations to maintain top-tier analytical chemistry practices.
• Hands-On Execution : Perform sample preparation, operate HPLC, GC, and LCMS instruments, and conduct comprehensive data analysis.
• Method Development & Validation : Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods using HPLC, GC, and LCMS technologies.
• Documentation & SOPs : Author, prepare, and review SOPs, ensuring all procedures are up-to-date and accurately documented.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance : Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues with analytical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborative Expertise : Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to define analytical strategies and establish robust sampling plans.
• Comprehensive Record-Keeping : Maintain precise and detailed records of all analytical processes and results.
• Results Communication : Clearly present findings and strategies to managers and during meetings.
• Scientific Research : Stay informed on the latest scientific principles and analytical techniques through ongoing research.
• Lab Safety : Adhere to and promote high safety standards within the lab.
