Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Packaging Operations Manager to join our team at Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom. As a Clinical Packaging Operations Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of clinical labeling strategies.
- You will lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and verify label models.
- Interpret clinical study design and clinical supply strategy to ensure accurate labeling.
- Maintain label translations library and generate clinical label proofs with CLPG.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate translation requests and liaise with country-level clinical operations personnel or regulatory affairs.
- Design and verify label models, coordinate MLBL manufacturing with vendors, and perform visual inspection of label proofs and clinical labels.
- Provide detailed analysis of issues and collaborate on creative problem solving.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of packaging operations and related work centers.
- Strong leadership and management skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task.
