Pay rate: $43 per hour
Duration: 10 – 14 months
W2 contract only (No C2C)
Location- Portage, MI, 49002 (100% REMOTE)
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Analyst to support a migration project from a legacy system to SAP. The ideal candidate will have strong data management skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the migration of data from the legacy system to SAP, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to align with SAP requirements.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed documentation of data processes and migration steps.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to streamline data workflows and ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with various teams.
- Previous experience with data migration, SAP, or ERP systems is a plus.
