About the Role :
In this exciting role, you will play a key role in shaping a more inclusive and diverse work environment at SLAC. You'll work closely with the Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to develop and implement innovative DEI programs and initiatives.
Your Responsibilities :
- Support & Empower ERGs : Collaborate with ERG Leads, providing tactical support and resources to ensure their success.
- Develop & Manage DEI Programming : Design, execute, and analyze DEI programs to support our organizational goals for incremental positive change.
- Lead DEI Planning & Reporting : Oversee the preparation and coordinate inputs for lab's DEI plans and reports, ensuring transparency and progress.
- Drive Cultural Change : Through program delivery, foster a culture of inclusion and diversity, where everyone feels valued and respected.
- Targeted Diversity Outreach : Work with ERGs and teams to develop and implement strategies for outreach and talent acquisition.
- Metrics & Evaluation : Track effectiveness of DEI programs and initiatives, measuring progress towards goals and objectives.
