We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controls Engineer to join our team at Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in control systems engineering and experience working in a live automation environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement control systems that meet the needs of our clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement control systems that are reliable and efficient.
- Test and troubleshoot control systems to ensure they operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide technical support and training to engineers and technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and emerging technologies in control engineering.
- Ensure all control system projects adhere to regulatory standards and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in control systems engineering, preferably in a live automation environment.
- Strong programming skills in Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming and configuration, particularly with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Schneider Electric systems.
- Knowledge of motion control, sensor integration, and data acquisition systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
