We are looking for an experienced professional with 10-15 years of experience as a Process Engineer in large petrochemical plant operations. A strong background in chemical process operations, refining, or similar industrial environments is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process operations teams to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.
- Develop and implement process optimizations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering and non-engineering teams.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience as a Process Engineer in large petrochemical plant operations.
- Ethylene (Cracker) plant operations experience required for CAPEX responsibilities.
- Ability to research best chemical plant practices and knowledge of plant safety, health, and environmental requirements for engineering and construction.
