About Us : Join The Kelly Companies and our subsidiary, Softworld, as a Sales Associate in our dynamic Business Development Program! We’re on the lookout for ambitious, entry-level sales professionals ready to jumpstart their careers in the staffing industry, focusing on I.T. and the Engineering sectors.
Program Overview : Starting Summer 2025, you’ll embark on a structured, fully paid training program onsite at our Frisco, TX office. Gain hands-on experience in staffing and consulting through classroom training, job-shadowing and real-world business activities. As the program enters different phases this will become a hybrid (2-3 days / week onsite) opportunity.
