Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for filling sample requests quickly, communicating delays to internal and external customers, following shipping regulations, and affixing GHS labels as per Safety Data Sheets. Additionally, they will manage and replenish color sample inventory, discard expired items, keep training current for shipping dangerous goods, maintain and order shipping materials, provide production documentation in hard copy or digital form, and keep the work area clean.
Requirements
- High School Diploma and experience in a Quality or Samples Lab, or currently pursuing a relevant Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English professionally to communicate with customers and vendors
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs, Salesforce.com, and SAP is preferred
