Job Overview:
- Oversight of quality control operations to ensure products meet required standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Development and implementation of quality standards and procedures for all shifts and team members.
- Verification of CTQ parameters, including fill weights, lot codes, label integrity, and packaging, to ensure they are within specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and leading QA teams to ensure their professional growth and complete understanding of quality principles.
- Scheduling and allocating resources effectively to meet project deadlines and quality standards, such as creating and executing rework plans, addressing hold items, and mitigating potential risks during production.
- Conducting periodic performance evaluations against metrics and providing constructive feedback to team members to ensure solid growth trajectory.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in quality assurance or quality control.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
