Lead Process Engineer
Kelly Engineering is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Lead Process Engineer for one of our esteemed clients in the Petrochemical Manufacturing industry.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of best chemical plant practices, with a strong focus on plant safety, health, and environmental requirements for engineering and construction.
- Develop and implement effective process improvements, leveraging hands-on experience conducting PHA (Process Hazard Analysis) and other safety reviews.
- Serve as a technical lead, collaborating with electrical engineers, operators, and non-engineering teams to communicate complex process engineering concepts clearly and effectively.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience as a Process Engineer in large, petrochemical plant operations.
- Ethylene (Cracker) plant operations experience required for CAPEX responsibilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of process safety management principles and ability to articulate technical ideas clearly.
