- Collaborating with subject matter experts, including Machine Operators and Leaders, to gather and simplify information for writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and single-point lessons.
- Processing and facilitating the documentation of SOPs and Single Point Lessons in the Document Management System/SharePoint platform.
- Ensuring access to SOPs and related documents by managing both paper and electronic versions for team members.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Forms, and Excel, with a strong ability to work independently.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members.
- Are detail-oriented and capable of interpreting and synthesizing complex information into clear and concise documentation.
