Product Development Team Lead

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in systems engineering and validation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating complex medical devices, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and developing product system requirements and architecture;
• Evaluating constraints and making trade-off decisions;
• Contributing to product safety and security risk management activities;
• Developing verification and validation plans, protocols, scripts, execution, regression, and reports;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering;
• 5 years of experience;
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results;
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills;
• Ability to adapt to change;
• Good judgment in selection methods and techniques to acquire results;
• Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations and Standards including design control and risk management;
• Proficient in systems engineering tools such as DOORS, Polarion, and Minitab;
• Knowledge of different subject areas making up systems including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, software, materials, and/or wireless connectivity;
• Strong technical writing and communication skills;
