- Leading root cause analysis to investigate defects, non-conformances, and process deviations
- Utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other data-driven techniques to ensure consistent product quality
- Implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and developing 8D Reports to drive continuous improvement
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in quality engineering or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with sharp attention to detail
- Experience with root cause analysis tools, statistical problem-solving, and quality compliance standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
