This is a 100% on-site position with weekday 12-hour night shifts from Monday-Wednesday / Thursday, 6 PM – 6 AM .
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct capability studies on critical production processes
- Perform first article inspections and review visual aids
- Complete defect analysis and generate detailed reports
- Lead MRB (Material Review Board) for sustained products
- Participate in Continuous Improvement meetings and drive corrective actions
- Perform line and product audits to maintain high-quality standards
- Support Quality Engineering in APQP processes
