Your technical expertise and leadership skills will enable you to promote a culture of quality and regulatory compliance in the laboratory, and develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure test accuracy and consistency. You will also be responsible for maintaining QC programs (stability, environmental monitoring, vendor qualifications, water testing, hazardous waste, preventive maintenance, data trending), monitoring QC data for trends and issues, and investigating and documenting out-of-specification results, deviations, and non-conformances.
