Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom is a leading provider of scientific solutions, and we're currently seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician for a contract opportunity with one of our clients in the Silverton area.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Product Development and Innovation: Identify and create new recipes and products that align with customer expectations and sales/marketing briefs.
- Test Kitchen Operations and Maintenance: Ensure the test kitchen is stocked and prepared for sample production, and maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Sample Preparation and Production: Accurately produce R&D sample products using supplied recipes.
- Documentation and Communication: Document method and recipe changes and communicate those with other departments.
- Instructions Development and Training: Develop baking and preparation instructions for products on various equipment.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma and 2 years industry experience in food development or culinary development OR Bachelors Degree and academic experience.
- Strong Organization and Communication Skills: Possess strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Effective Prioritization and Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and tasks assigned.
- Ability to Work Independently as Part of a Team: Ability to work independently while having a team mentality.
Salary : $25 - $30
