Job Summary
As a Senior Electronics Engineer - Production, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for our electronics products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production and high-quality outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform and document root-cause analysis for Non-Conforming Material Reports.
- Summarize and report on departmental Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and Cost performance measures.
- Review product designs with R&D, Sustaining, and AME engineers for optimized manufacturability and ease of assembly, from raw material to finish products.
Qualifications
- Validation and verification experience.
- Procedure updates and drawing updates skills.
- Must have knowledge or experience in SAP, CAD modeling, schematic drafting, and electrical design knowledge is a plus.
