Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer - (Third-party or C2C "Corp-to-Corp" arrangements WILL NOT be considered for this role)
Location: (ONSITE) - Cary, IL (60013)
Duration: 12 month contract - (Opportunity for contract extension)
Type: W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)
Pay: Negotiable depending on direct-related experience up to $55 - $60 an hour
Required:
- Experience as a Senior manufacturing engineer in a high volume medical device and pharma facility
- Documented experience conducting process validations, equipment qualifications, and writing User Requirement Specs
- Process Improvements
- Leading projects related to improving setups and lowering manufacturing loss
- Experience validating complex automated equipment.
- Experience supporting large capital projects for a high volume medical device manufacturing site.
Job Description:
- Develops and modifies process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.
- Recommends and implements improvements, modifications, or additions to document work.
- Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules.
- Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module target specifications and technology target specifications.
