Responsibilities
- Lead site operations with a focus on safety, compliance, and efficiency in all processes.
- Manage production, logistics, procurement, maintenance, and quality control for the site.
- Oversee site budgets, ensuring cost control and compliance with financial goals.
- Collaborate with R&D and business teams for the introduction of new products.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, business teams, and external partners.
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team, promoting a positive work environment and fostering employee development.
- Ensure the facility meets all audit standards, including ISO certifications.
- Monitor and manage investments, projects, and site infrastructure, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- 6 years of manufacturing management experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong track record in managing operations, production, logistics, and supply chain functions.
- Proven experience in implementing operational excellence practices, such as lean management.
- Ability to manage and lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in managing budgets, financial reporting, and cost control processes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners effectively.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
