We are seeking a talented UX / UI Designer to join our growing UX team within companys Research & Development division. This role will focus on designing intuitive, enterprise-level applications with multiple complex screens and will also involve mobile application design. The ideal candidate has a firm grasp of practical UI skills (especially with Figma) and a strong foundation in user-centered design processes such as UX research, and wireframing. Key Responsibilities

• User-Centered Design : Conduct user research, define requirements, ideate solutions, and rapidly prototype.
• High-Fidelity Prototyping & UI Development : Create and refine UI designs in Figma, ensuring pixel-perfect attention to detail for enterprise-scale and mobile applications.
• Wireframing & Mockups : Develop low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design solutions effectively to stakeholders and team members.
• Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with project managers, software engineers, and other UX designers to ensure a seamless handoff of design specifications and uphold design quality throughout implementation.
• UX Research & Testing : Plan and execute user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys), analyze findings, and iterate on designs based on user insights.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Translate business requirements into engaging user journeys; present design rationale and gather feedback from leadership and diverse client groups.
• Autonomy & Initiative : Take ownership of design tasks, manage workload independently, and actively contribute fresh ideas that elevate the user experience.
