Duties
- Manage multiple design projects end-to-end across luxury hospitality, commercial, and private residential; act as main point of contact for projects.
- Lead design development, drawing, and documentation of projects during the design phase, as well as management of the scope, schedule, and budget during construction. This includes coordination with clients, contractors, and fabricators.
- Oversee submission of budgets and drawing sets, including but not limited to specifications, technical production, and basic code knowledge.
- Scope and plan project milestones and timelines; ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Lead, motivate, and collaborate with teams; identify and execute on professional development opportunities for team members.
- Responsible for management of design team requirements, including resource planning.
- Collaborate with artists and artisans on custom works and projects.
