What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be :
Handling inbound calls from customers by researching and resolving loan-level inquiries in hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss.
Listening to customer concerns with empathy and resolving their issues effectively.
Taking the initiative to understand customers' challenges and proactively helping them avoid future issues.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
Have a minimum high school diploma or GED, with at least 1 year of Call Center experience (college degree preferred).
Experience working from home is a plus
Possess strong attention to detail and excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
Have a relentless drive to own the customer's problem and the ability to adapt well to change in a fast-paced work environment. What happens next? :
