Pay Rate : Starting $18-25 per hour (DOE)
Shift : Onsite, 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM

What’s a typical day as an AOI Operator? You’ll be :
Reviewing AOI inspections for accurate, consistent detection of component placement and solder joint defects.
Loading programs per documentation.
Using magnification aids and stereo-microscopes to inspect populated printed circuit boards, and identify component misplacement and solder defects to IPC-A-610 standards.
Recognizing problems in the operation process or with components and communicating those problems to the technician / engineering department for immediate correction.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
Have 1-2 years of experience, primarily as an operator looking for defects.
Have experience with AOI and SMT (Surface-Mount Technology); programming knowledge is a bonus but not required.
Are proficient in computer usage and have quality control and part identification experience.
Possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Have a strong commitment to safety protocols and excellent communication skills.
Work Environment :
The work environment is typical of a manufacturing setting where hazardous materials may be present. Security investigations may be conducted to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and / or work areas.
Dress Code / PPE Requirement :
No holes in jeans.
Polo shirts or shorts allowed.
Closed-toed shoes; flip flops not permitted.
