Kelly, in partnership with a rapidly growing manufacturer, is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Trainer in Indianapolis, IN (46222).
This is a direct hire position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire!

Pay Rate : $19 to $21 per hour
Hours : 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm Monday through Friday Job Description :
Providing employees with the skills needed to safely operate machines and efficiently complete processes and tasks
Ensuring all associates understand safety requirements and quality processes
Training associates on product knowledge and assigned duties and processes
Demonstrating critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
Training new hires and re-training current employees to company standards
Promoting accident prevention in the manufacturing space Requirements :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Possess one to three months of related experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bilingual in Spanish and English
