- Researching and applying insurance payments from clients to the appropriate system invoice, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Processing transactions including cash application, member bills, resubmitting invoices, and managing write-offs.
- Communicating with your supervisor regarding processed transactions in a timely manner and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Have a high school degree (Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred) and a working knowledge of mainframe computers, particularly AS/400 systems.
- Meet the minimum keystroke requirement of 10,000 per hour with less than a 2% error rate, showcasing your attention to detail.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and possess a strong work ethic, promoting integrity and confidentiality in all transactions.
