Healthcare Worldwide Chair Communications Job Overview :
Collaborate with leaders across customer organization to plan and implement for priority internal / external engagements for the World Wide Chair of Innovative Medicine, including earned speaking opportunities, fireside chats at team town halls, video messages, and thought leadership content for LinkedIn posts.
Responsibilities :
Day-to-day support across global programs including creating first drafts of all materials.
Collaborate on metrics development.
Project management and agency management.
Qualifications :
A proven performer with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing communications in the healthcare sector.
Must have a strong communications, public relations, and public speaking background.
Healthcare industry experience.
Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills.
Experience with social and video communication technologies.
A global mindset, preferably with experience engaging stakeholders in multiple markets.
Business acumen and proven experience working in a complex, matrixed environment with global as well as regional business partners.
Experience managing communication programs from concept through to completion.
A strong sense of urgency, focus on quality and attention to detail.
