CT Technologist

Kelly Government Solutions is a strategic supplier and business partner to the federal government and its key suppliers. We are hiring for a CT Technologist for a contract opportunity to support our military veterans in Iowa City, IA.

Location: Iowa City, IA

Start Date: Apr 2025

Shift Schedule: 7:00am-5:30pm, 40 hrs, scheduled on call & call back is required

Contract Duration: 6-12 Months

Pay: $28/hour, W2

JOB DUTIES:

• Prioritize patient safety and comfort, providing clear instructions and addressing any questions during procedures.
• Operate and maintain CT scanning equipment for accurate and high-quality imaging.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring timely documentation of all procedures.
• Perform CT scans on patients following established guidelines and procedures.
• Follow all relevant safety protocols and standards in the performance of your duties.
• Work alongside radiologists and healthcare professionals to gather necessary patient details and ensure accurate diagnostic outcomes.
• Stay informed about advancements in CT technology and engage in continuous education and training opportunities.
• Assist in scheduling patient appointments and managing workflow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with CT equipment.
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to maintain the highest standards of imaging.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a CT Technologist
• Valid and current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification and
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
