Kelly® is seeking a Distribution Center Customer Service Representative for a premier client in Fargo, ND.
Pay Rate and Shifts :
Mon – Thurs, 2nd shift : 5 PM – 3 : 30 AM @ $23 / hour
Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints about work orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory counts.
Process and input customer orders with accurate documentation and follow-up.
Coordinate special and last-minute shipping requests with the Traffic and Operations Departments.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior customer service experience.
Strong communication skills and ability to build good customer relationships.
Proficiency in computer systems for invoicing and order processing, with attention to detail.
