- $25-$26 per hour depending on experience 12% differential
- Weekend Shift: Friday -Sunday; 5am - 5:30pm
- Must be able to train on weekday shift for up to 2 months
- Overseeing the HVAC & VRF systems and maintaining essential equipment such as ovens, paint booths, and loading docks.
- Utilizing the Building Management System to ensure optimal operational temperatures throughout the facility.
- Performing remodeling, expansions, and ensuring all work areas are clean, orderly, and presentable at all times, including some snow removal duties.
- Have HVAC certification (preferred) and possess mechanical and machine maintenance troubleshooting skills (mandatory).
- Hold a two-year college degree or have 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Are computer literate and have a valid driver’s license, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a team.
