- Have a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED, with 2-3 years of agricultural experience preferred.
- Possess knowledge of agronomy, crop production, plant development, and experimental field plot design.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, strategic analysis, and effective communication skills.
- Have reliable transportation and the ability to stand for long periods, with experience operating agricultural equipment.
- Are flexible to work extended days during critical times of the season, including overnight stays during planting and harvesting.
