Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for scheduling fuel deliveries and ensuring that optimal levels of fuel inventories are maintained. As a dispatcher you will schedule routes to maximize driver’s time efficiency
Specific duties in this role will include:
- Plan the delivery route for fuel oil and diesel
- Identify and plan driver's stops and most precise use of available trucks
- Prepares loading and driver's sheets, to ensure accurate listing of stops
- Process and maintain delivery reports
- Contact customers by phone to notify them of deliver
- Follow up on driver and customer delivery questions
Requirements:
Must be pleasant, professional and possess the ability to function equally well in both a team environment and independently. Must be detail-oriented and focused with a flexible and adaptable nature.
Specific qualifications in this role will include:
- Knowledge of the Heating Oil industry is a MUST
- Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
- Must also be comfortable with the MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, and Web navigation
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- At least 5 Years of prior Oil dispatch experience!

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
