- Collaborating with the internal timekeeping team to address break/fix issues and new requirements, ensuring smooth operations.
- Assisting in the analysis and reconciliation of pay to complete the full cycle process, while preparing change request documents for configuration resources.
- Have 3 years of experience implementing Workday Time Tracking and Absence configurations, preferably in large organizations or manufacturing.
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Are knowledgeable in attendance tracking complexities, absence plans, time entry templates, and payroll processes.
