We are seeking a skilled Inspector to join our partner at a premier engineering company in Lebanon, OH. The role will ensure the highest level of quality in our manufactured products.
This position plays a critical role in verifying compliance with engineering standards and industry requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality inspection, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with measuring instruments.

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM
Pay Rate : $20–$22 per hour

Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate with the Engineering Department to establish inspection criteria for all manufactured parts.
Conduct tests on products to assess dimensions, performance, and mechanical defects.
Measure product dimensions using rulers, calipers, gauges, optical comparators, Cordax, and micrometers to confirm compliance with specifications.
Identify and disposition defective products for rework or reuse.
Notify supervisors or relevant personnel of any deviations from specifications.
Evaluate supplier-manufactured products to ensure adherence to prints and quality standards.
Assess and report on customer-returned materials (R.M.A.).
Maintain gauge calibration records and track due dates using specialized software.
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications :
Experience in quality inspection or a related field.
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Familiarity with inspection software and calibration management is a plus.
