Pay Rate/Compensation:
- 2nd/3rd Shift - $23.10 per hour
- 2nd Shift: Starts between 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Starts between 10:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- Shift placement determined during orientation
- Weekly Pay
- Monthly Attendance Bonuses
- Pay increases at 6 months and 1 year

What’s a Typical Day as a Manufacturing Associate?
- Assembling automotive parts on a factory assembly line
- Pushing/pulling carts with an average of 50lbs of force
- Performing continuous bending, stooping, and squatting
This Job Might Be an Outstanding Fit If You:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Have the ability to work a full 8 hour shift
- Complete an online assessment in the comfort of your own home
- Are available to work overtime (extended shifts and weekends)
- Are willing to attend orientation training in Bellefontaine, OH
- Must be able to communicate in English
