- Work Environment: Initially remote, with plans to transition to an office in Orting, Puyallup, Sumner, or Graham later this year. There is the possibility to remain remote, however applicants must be local to WA to be considered for the role

- Manage denial resolutions, corrected claims, medical record submissions, and appeals
- Analyze medical bills for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain records of payments received and denied claims
- Provide customer service to patients regarding billing inquiries
