We are currently seeking a Medical Claims Recovery Supervisor to Lead the claims recovery department for our client located in Northwest Houston, TX 77092!

Pay : 55k -60k depending on yrs of experience

Schedule : Mon to Fri 8am-5pm

Temp-Hire

Requirements :

Bachelors in healthcare administration

certified professional coder certification

certified coding specialist certification

Healthcare Billing and HIPPA knowledge

analyzing skills

problem solving skills

communication skills

leadership / management experience 5 yrs

Job Description :

leading & managing team

develop new programs and projects for team

review teams claims and analysis of claims

comparing billing codes, medical records and payer contracts

identifying duplicate billing, incorrect coding, non-covered services,

reviewing claims for potential overpayments

contacting providers and payers to discuss overpayments and to initiate recovery of funds

negotiating settlements

claims adjustments

compliance documentation, creating policies and procedures
