What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nissan / Infiniti Customer Service / Call Center position at Kelly?
Your next great thing is right here. Kelly Services is hiring Remote Consumer Affairs Agents to handle inbound and outbound phone calls at Nissan and Infiniti call centers.
This is currently a remote position, but you must be in the Murfreesboro, TN area for training. The job will become an in-office job once conditions allow
$22 per hour

What’s a Typical Day in Customer Service:
- Make outbound calls responding to customer cases to respond to cases the customer has filed with Consumer Affairs
- Take inbound calls to resolve vehicle and customer service issues
- Monday-Friday. Must be available to work within 7 am to 7 pm. Could be any of the shifts below and could change week over week: 8 hour. shifts: 7 am-4 pm, 8am-5 pm, 9 am-6 pm, or 10 am-7 pm
- Position is remote for now (Covid) but must live close enough to work at call center (30 to 40-mile radius of Murfreesboro, TN)
- When you start, training is half in call center and half remote
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
- Call center experience
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Excellent computer skills coupled with strong typing skills (50 words per minute)
- Enhanced customer focused skills, willingness to engage, and address issues that may arise
- Strong work experience in business, customer service, or data entry
