1st shift : Monday-Friday, 7am – 4pm

What You’ll Do : As a Process Improvement Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operations across multiple sites. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :
Championing Excellence : Leverage your knowledge of Operations Excellence principles to guide teams towards a goal of world-class manufacturing.
Driving Continuous Improvement : Utilize cutting-edge continuous improvement tools to enhance manufacturing standards and processes.
Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with business and functional leaders to identify real issues, seize opportunities, and lead impactful improvement initiatives.
Innovating Solutions : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle manufacturing challenges and develop effective solutions that drive measurable results.
Mentoring and Coaching : Share your expertise with colleagues to build a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the plant.
What We’re Looking For : This role may be a perfect fit if you have :
Some experience in manufacturing or a related field; leadership experience is a plus!
A willingness to be boots on the ground, a passion for process improvement, and a desire to drive change.
