Position Title: Procurement & Planning Specialist
Employment Type: Full-Time Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
(Hybrid Role: 3 day’s on-site, 2 day’s remote)
Pay Rate: $35-$40 Hourly

Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Supplier Management:
- Oversee end-to-end purchasing activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers, ensuring seamless communication, proactive issue resolution, and a commitment to exceptional customer service to support business objectives.
Material Planning & Supply Chain Optimization:
- Execute MRP strategies, ensuring alignment with production demands and operational goals.
- Monitor supplier performance, analyzing constraints and resolving bottlenecks to maintain supply continuity.
- Manage inventory levels, warehouse capacity, and material phase-in/phase-out processes to reduce excess and obsolete stock.
- Utilize SAP software for real-time visibility into inventory levels, supplier performance, and demand forecasting, ensuring data-driven decision-making and efficient supply chain management
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Partner with engineering, production, and quality teams to align material flow with business objectives.
- Lead initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy, mitigate risks, and drive supply chain efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements (such as ITAR), and corporate policies.
