Pay Rate :
Pay is $17.50 - $24.50 (Depending on Experience)
Progression plan with pay increases :
Technician Level I (6 months)
Technician Level II-III (1-2 years)

Train to perform various fabrication processes.
Use your hands and various tools to complete various fabrication processes.
Work as an individual and as part of a team to meet daily production needs. This job might be an outstanding fit if you have :
A stable work history.
Willingness to learn how to use various tools.
Desire to gain different manufacturing skills.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to use hands with small items and in small spaces.
Ability to perform basic computer functions. Schedules :
Some training will be on day shift.
Monday – Thursday 5 : 00am – 3 : 30pm (Friday is OT day)
Monday – Thursday 3 : 30pm – 2 : 00am (Sunday is OT day) 10% differential
Friday – Sunday 5 : 00am – 5 : 30pm (36 hours but paid for full 40 hours) (Thursday or Monday is OT day) 12% differential What happens next :
